How to turn off "Notify me when new comments are added" for a blog follower

    Someone who follows my blog has a concern and I don’ t know how to help them. Can you assist?

    They wrote: “When I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time
    a comment is added I get several emails with the same comment.
    Is there any way you can remove me from that service?

    Hi there,

    The user will need to navigate to the following page when logged in:

    http://wordpress.com/following/edit/

    From that page, they should be able to find your blog and click on the blog to expand the selection. They should see options like this:

    http://d.pr/i/VYD3

    From that screen, they will just need to toggle “Send new comments by email:” to “Off”.
