How to turn off ‘Welcome to WordPress.com!’ popup

  I am seeing the aforementioned popup every single day. How do I turn it off?

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  Can you tell me where on your site/dashboard you’re seeing the popup?

  And can you perhaps take a screenshot of it? Upload that to your media library, and I’ll be able to see it there.

  Hi there.

  Sure. I’ve got a screen shot in my media library now.

  It’s the pop-up that says “Take this short, interactive tour to learn the fundamentals of the WordPress editor.” I’ve seen it literally hundreds of times by now.

  Hmmm,

  Are you blocking cookies by any chance? Or are you using any browser extensions that might be preventing the system from seeing that you’ve already said “skip”?

  If you log in with a different browser, do you see the message? And if so, does “skip” work properly there?
