How to Un-Import a blog

    I wanted to start a second photo blog and was trying see what I could do with the second sight. I tried exporting my old blog and importing to my new one. I figured you could just un-import it after but I can’t seem to find a way to do it.

    I like to get it back to the way it was out of the box. So far the only way I see is to delete the blog. However it seems that I may not be able to get that blogs name back if I delete it.

    Is there a way to unimport a blog or just return it to it’s original blank default?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    There is no “un-import.” You will have to delete all the posts, pages, tags and categories manually. Use the bulk edit features and you can delete them in chunks. You can also set the pages to display up to 100 entries to make things go faster by going to the screen options tab on the various pages and setting a higher number of entries to show.

    Since I for some lame reason I cannot just return my blog to clean slate by UN-Importing, I tried deleting the posts as kindly suggested by thesacredpath .

    However, when I try to bulk delete 100 posts, I get ” Error in moving to Trash “. OVER and OVER. It’s two hours already just trying to delete 500 post.
    Anybody know why this would be.

    Also,
    When I try to delete the hundreds of items already in the trash permanently it says “You are not allowed to delete this item.”
    Why am I not allowed to delete permanently?

    I tried it on Firefox and Opera. Using a MacBook Pro

    Ugh, I was told I could set a quick and easy free PhotoPortfolio using wordpress, but I’m not sure I would recommend it. Is it normally this glitchy?

    Are you logged in as an administrator?

    Try setting the number of posts shown on a page to 75 and see if that works. Perhaps the number is less than I remember.

    Also, staff can completely reset it for you to like-new condition, but you will have to wait till Monday after 12pm UTC when the support form is again operational and then contact them and request it.

    Search for anything on the contact page, then scroll to the bottom, click the “no” button and then the contact form will appear.

    Also, log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again. It might be there is something in those files gumming up the works.
