How to unblock blog invitations?

How do I unblock invitations on my account? Whenever my students try to add me as an administrator for their blogs, they get a message saying “Invitation not sent, the user has blocked invite emails.”
I need to be able to edit their content.

Hi Luca,
Try this. At Notifications > Reader Subscriptions (aka Subscription Delivery), uncheck “Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com,” if it is checked.

Hi there,
You are definitely not blocking invitation emails, and I can see 9 invitations have been sent out to you in the last 20 hours. If you didn’t receive those, Gmail might be redirecting them to the Social or Updates tabs in your inbox.
As the emails do appear to be going out I don’t know why your students would be getting that message. Can you ask one of them who aren’t able to invite you to please post here for me so I can check via their site and account? Thanks.

I got a turn around receiving emails to another email address :-)
I think You could try to invite me ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) ) to one of Your blogs to check the message. In the mean time I will ask them

The email address you provide here is the one I checked. We have sent 9 different invitation emails to that address, and according to our logs they were all delivered successfully.
