How to unblock so I can be added as an admin to another site?

  The admin of another site wants to add me as a second admin, but is informed that I have blocked all invites. How do I unblock this? Or how to I send an outbound request to that other blog, which would (presumably) then allow me to be added as an admin over there?

  The first place I’d suggest to check is here: https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions
  Make sure that the “Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com” box is unchecked.
