How to understand my comments edit section

  Hi guys firstly i have only been a wordpress user for a couple of days and i have the minimum experience in computer terminology, ok last night i posted a bit of humor today i read that i had 2 messages, going to my edit comments section i found at the top next to pending i had 2 spam replies
  1/ http://politics.demo-research.com/a-little-exercise-for-your-facial-muscles
  2/ http://entertainment.uwant2know.info/a-little-exercise-for-your-facial-muscles/
  These 2 links have the post that i posted, my question is what does all of this mean why has my post ended up on 2 other sites and posted back to me as a reply, to say that i am confused is an understatement, and what do i do just delete these
