How to undo deleting a text widget?

  I accidentally deleted a text widget with a TON of stuff in it, any way to get that back or maybe restore an old version of the blog to get it back?
  (please please I hope I hope)

  You can google for a cached version of an older post – for example paste this in the address bar of your browser:
  cache:http://nyshoespy.com/2010/11/07/cougar-tibet-rain-boot-review/
  Then you can view the sourcecode of the page and copy the code you lost.

  PS Computer rule no.1: back up!
