How to unflag the report as spam or mature of blog wordpress?

  I am writing this email to ask you a question. My blog has over 30,000 views per day, so why it is not included in the top blogs of VietNam.
  As far as I know, my blog has been reported as spam or mature; however, some people did not report it rightly or equally, it’s only because of personal opinions. So I really highly appreciate your help if you can help me out.
