How to "Unfollow" a WordPress blog?

  I have a follower who does not have a wordpress account, wanting to stop emails from my wordpress blog they follow. How do they do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In the emails they are recieving, they will have an option to manage subscriprtions at the end of the email. Please direct them to that. They will be able to unsubscibe from there.
