How to unlink a blog from my account?

  I have two blogs linked to my account, one is my personal blog and the other is from my previous workplace. So I no longer want the second one to be linked to my profile, how can I delete it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No not the site, just the link between my account at and the site.
  The site belongs to my former workplace so I don’t want to carelessly post anything on there, and want to detach it from my account just to be safe
