  If http://kurungabaa.net/ linked to your site, you have to contact them and ask them to remove the link.

  You mean the added you as a contributor or something to that blog?

  If yes, contact them and ask them to remove you. If they don’t, contact staff and they can remove you.

  Wait.

  Are you saying that both blogs are WordPress.com blogs and you are an admin on both of them, and both of them are reachable from your admin bar? That’s the way it’s supposed to work. Just select which blog you want to go to from the My Blogs part of the drop-down menu. If you want more separation than that, you’ll have to start a new ID and make that one admin on one of the blogs.
