How to unpark a domain I bought through WordPress.com

  Dear,

  I am trying to unpark a domain that I bought on WordPress.com, then canceled by accident in an attempt to delete the webpage and start anew. Now my domain is parked.

  Could you please help go through the process to release the domain so I can build a new webpage?

  Hi there Blair!

  Since you were not refunded the domain price after the cancelation, I was able to restore blairshamere.com back to your site.

  You mentioned wanting to start a new site, once you’ve done that, you’ll want to move the domain there by following these steps:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/#transfer-domain-to-another-site-you-own

  Remember that you won’t be able to transfer the domain to a site with a free plan so you’ll need to purchase an upgrade first. When you do that, do not register another domain, you’ll be able to transfer the one we just restored later.
