how to unpark the domain

  Hello, I recently purchased a plan with a domain name of drghassantawil.com and I wanted to use Hostgator and purchase the domain name there. Not sure how it works. Please advise

  Hi there! It looks like you cancelled the domain name with us, and received a refund for your Premium plan purchase.

  We don’t know when exactly the domain would be released for re-registration; there’s some information about that here:

  If it’s still within 5 days of the domain being cancelled, we can likely get it back for you; we’d only need the domain registration fee alone (rather than buying a full Premium plan again). I’ve taken the liberty of preparing a payment form for the domain registration fee, which has been sent to you in a separate email.

  If you’d like to proceed with restoring the domain, please do go ahead and submit the domain registration fee; and then let us know so we can ensure the domain is restored to your account.

  Then once it’s restored, you can change the domain name servers so it points to Hostgator:

  And when the domain is more than 60 days old, you can also transfer the registration:
