How to unspam a genuine comment?

  Today, a genuine comment by one reader is shown under ‘spam’. How do I unspam it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you not have the option to unspam it when you hover your cursor below it?

  No, I get the four only : Approve | Delete | Edit | Quick Edit
  In GMail there is a button “Not Spam”. By clicking that we can ‘unspam’ it.
  Some such thing would be nice.
