How to update my domain contact information

  I am attempting to edit the domain contacts information. When I go to Store–>My Domains–> Domain Contacts, I attempt to make some changes to the Technical and Administrative contacts. I change the necessary information and click save changes. I logged out and looked 3 days later and it has the old information. I repeated the process and looked 2 days after that and again, it was the same old information.

  My changes aren’t saving or are being reject, what should I do?

  Hi there,

  I see that you’re also trying to transfer your domain. Please be aware that if you update the First name, Last name, or Organization fields, your domain will be locked for 60 days (in which case you won’t be able the transfer the domain). I’d recommend transferring the domain first and then updating your information once the transfer is complete. (And as long as your domain transfer is being processed, you won’t be able to edit that contact information.)
