How to update my site theme and content

  Hi there,
  I want to update the website for my 2025 festival, with new content and (ideally) using an Envato theme – but without disturbing the current site until the new one is ready.
  But I’m not on a Business plan, so can’t utilise staging. I also don’t think I have the technical skills to use something like Local by Flywheel.
  Can anyone suggest the best way to do this? Or can I only really create a new domain using a WP theme and then transfer it over?
