How to update WordPress hosted blog to version 2.5

  I am wondering how to update my WordPress hosted blog to version 2.5. Is this an automatic process or is there something that I need to do to make this happen?

  If your blog is on WordPress.com, you don’t handle updates; staff does. If your blog is not on WordPress.com, you’re in the wrong forum and need to be over at WordPress.org.

  Thankyou for the reply. Is there any timeline on the updates to occur by staff that you are aware of?

  Probably within a couple of weeks, but remember that WP.com and WP.org are separate and thus the upgrade we get will be a custom-tweaked version, not exactly the same.

  Once again, thankyou. That has answered my question. I am in the process of setting up my blog hosted elsewhere and will use 2.5 from WP.org to run that seperately.
