How to updated WP database?

  During the last update of WordPress on our site (https://gov-news.ru) we got an timeout error in the process of updating our database (which has around 110000 post now). The site works but looks like links are broken. Not all of them but a great number. The error code is 400. If you update a post – it works again. Is there any way to repeat a database update or the solution is different?

  It looks like https://gov-news.ru/ isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com – it’s a self-hosted WordPress.org site. This forum supports users with sites hosted at WordPress.com. This article explains the difference:
