How to Upgrade?

  Hi,
  I have a wordpress.com blog. I’m using the free version without any upgrades. Now I can’t use feed burner, ad sense or anything. I want to upgrade my account in which i can get a theme editor where i can include whatever plug ins i want. Can you tell me what is the best way to get everything? What kind of up gradation do i need to do? or Do I need to create my own website? I really don’t understand since I’m not very familiar with it.
  Please help me out.

  You will have to get a web host, register a domain name, and download and install the software from wordpress.org on that host. You can find more information at http://wordpress.org .
