How to upgrade plans?

    When I go to Upgrades>Plans I only see info for Jetpack, not any WordPress plans

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Your site http://ryanoharadesign.com/ isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Google. That’s why you can’t upgrade to on of our paid plans.

    As @staartmees pointed out, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com:
