How to upgrade to a Personal package and require a specific bill for the cost?

    Hello,

I’m currently posting on WordPress, for an Association I am part of, with a free plan, but want to upgrade to a Personal one (2.99$/month).

Can you please tell me if all the billing information required can be given with the Association’s information, and not of a specific individual?

As I’ve seen, you only need to fill out the form with the card information, but I am interested in a specific bill that requires only the Association’s details or, at least, only the founder’s info.

Hope I made myself clear and hope to hear from you soon.

    Have a nice day,
    Alexandra

    Hello,

For the upgrade to be done, all you need is select the account on which the upgrade is to be made and make payments. Yes I think you can use the billing information for the Association.

    Hello,

Thank you for your answer! :)

Can you please tell me if, after the payment is made (via bank account), I can request a bill (in any written form) that will attest the payment and billing information on the account of the Association?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hello Calatorieeductiva,

I cannot really say if the attestation for the payment showing the account of the Association would be displayed. However, it is in the best opinion for you to contact them probably via a call before the payment is made so that everyone is on the same page.

  • Hi there,

We can only accept payment via debit or credit card, or via PayPal. Direct bank transfers are not possible:

We do not provide invoices in lieu of payment, but once you purchase an upgrade you receive a receipt, and you can edit the receipt to add your business’s contact details if required.
