How to upgrade to business account

  I would like to upgrade this site to a paid account but I do not see any options to do so. I was attempting to cancel and start fresh, but I would not be able to use the email address which is linked to the domain I own. Please advice. Thanks.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet
