How to upload a file publicly accessible from a certain address

Hi, I’m running a blog using WordPress&BlueHost. And I’m writing a Product Description on my blog for the Product Registration process of Riot Games. They want me to upload a text file that has a verification key and it should be accessible from ‘https://suchacoolguy.com/?p=123/riot.txt’. But i don’t see any feature or plugin for that. Could you let me know how i can solve this problem??

You are in the wrong forum as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Bluehost meaning it uses the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/

@staartmees. Thank you so much for the comment. Does that mean i have an account for wordpress.org? Cuz i’ve tried all possible Account ID&Password but it says there’s no such account. Do i need to create one?

You must create an account on wordpress.org. That account is in no way related to the account you made on your site.

You should be able to upload this file via FTP or your host’s file manager. If you’re not sure how, I suggest reaching out to Bluehost for support.
