  Is there any chance that you could upgrade to IE 9? Its a much better browser.

  sure I have Flash, whole website of our company is build up with this. Explorer 9 is not an option. But that was not mentioned in the requirements when I bought this.

  Sorry , I have no that possibilty (allowance), but with explorer 8 I never had problems with new software.

  This is going to be very difficult to nail down without ruling out a browser-specific specific issue on your end.

  It sounds like you’re on a restricted computer, possibly at work? Do you have the same problems at home?

  anyway, if it doesn’t work, I spent already too much time on it, please refund my payments and close that blog. I was quickly trying to find a solution to share my daughter’s wedding video via your blog, but if this doesn’t work, I don’t need it. It’s a pitty, but not my fault , if your software doesn’t work.

  It is not restricted computer, it is my home computer I take to the work, but we keep same software as a rule. You have no any user with problems using explorer 8 , please?

  No, this is the first that I’ve heard of this problem, and I can’t reproduce the issue on IE 8 myself.

  thanks very much, I recieved refund, but I also paid for additional space, in order to upload the video, before I realised i have to buy Videopress.
