How to upload a new theme

  Hello – I am trying to upload a new theme, I would like to upload the Gateway theme but I am currently being prevented from completing this. How do I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there, I’m sorry but a free WordPress.com account does not allow to upload a theme. If you wish to have the feature to upload a theme to your WordPress.com blog, you may consider upgrading your plan to Business Plan in order to do that.
