how to upload a theme

  HI,

  Very new here. I would really like to upload a theme a found for wordpress blogs, but I can’t figure out how to do it? Is this just for those who pay to have a blog?

  It is just for those who are independently-hosted, ie not at WordPress.com. There are two different kinds of WordPress and for those here at WP.com we can choose among the themes in Design or learn CSS, buy the upgrade, and write our own themes there.
