How to Upload A Theme

  I am attempting to upload a theme to my wordpress, but I am unable to locate where I do this. Do I need to upgrade my plan to have access to this?

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com doesn’t support the feature of uploading a theme. You have to choose from the themes available. There are both free and paid themes available.
  You can’t upload a theme in WP.com.

  WordPress.org supports uploading of custom themes. To know more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, check this link
