how to upload a theme

  I downloaded my own wordpress theme from one of those free sites. It came in a .zip file. How can I upload it to display on my blog?

  Sorry there is no option to upload your 3rd party themes… You can find the 100 themes the staff have added via Dashboard » Appearance
