how to upload a theme?

  i want to use the theme mesocolumn and i can’t find it in wordpress.i want to upload and use that theme.please help.

  You can’t. We do not have the ability to upload our own themes on WordPress.com and there is no upgrade that will enable you to do that. The only themes available for WordPress.com are the ones listed in the theme gallery.

  If you want to use a theme not available here you’ll have to buy your own domain and hosting and set up a self-hosted WordPress.ORG website: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
