How to upload an image next to my blog name in the web address field?

  I have changed my blog name and deleted my old address. But the little picture that used to be displayed with my former blog name in the web address field (url) is not showing next to my new blog? How do I get it there? I went to the dashboard, clicked on general and uploaded a blavatar (as it is called) but it didnt change.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Those instructions linked to above are for bloggers who have WordPress.org sites. They do not apply to those who have WordPress.com blogs. These instructions do apply to your blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/blavatars/ Your blavatar (favicon) is already displaying here http://theobservastory.wordpress.com/ so I assume the issue is resolved. If it isn’t please post again.

  Thank you for taking time and helping me. Much appreciated. But the thing is, i am using my ipad right now and it doesnt show in my web address field. And i just asked a friend to type in my new blog address and when she did, she didnt see it in the field either?
