how to upload and install any plugin ?

  hi i am new to wordpress. i was using blogspot for long. i am unable to get option “plugins” below appearance in menu
  please tell me . i need help in wordpress

  ok i get to know that it is not possible to add third party plugins on wordpress.com but possible on wordpress.org
  i am not web designer but know how to make blog on blogger and can design by googling.
  is it possible to use any estore plugin on blogspot ? to make my own ecommerce store ?

  ok then is it possible to create estore on wordpress.com ? i want easy to create free estore

  It is possible to create an estore on WordPress.com, but you have to have the $300 business bundle to do it.

  There is no free way to create a secure estore. It takes money to make money.
