how to upload downloadable files?

  I do not know how to upload file people can download; is this feature available in wordpress.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are only allowed to upload certain types of files to WordPress.com. Here’s a list: http://en.support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/

  You can upload files by going to your Dashboard and selecting “Add New” under Media. After your file is uploaded, click on edit next to the name of the file. On that page, you’ll see a File URL on the right (screenshot: http://imgur.com/LUk5a3i) – that link can be used to download the file.
