How to upload downloaded themes?

  Hi guys,

  Im really new in blogging, I did have a blogspot, now I change to wordpress

  So my question is, can i change the themes just like I change in blogspot?

  I already download 1 or 2 themes, but dont know how to upload it.

  Please someone tell me how to upload it?

  Cause there is no way that people just posting new themes, but we cant upload it here.

  Please give a link to your blog when asking questions, and/or link your nickname to your blog as explained in the Sticky “8 Things to Know”.

  In a free wp.COM blog you cannot use themes other than the 70 available in Dashboard>Design>Themes.

  I have the same question: There seems to be an abundance of “free” themes that you can download from off of the web; but, how do you use them? I cannot believe the themes would be available for download if they could not be used . . . .

  For WordPress.COM bloggers, panaghiotisadam pretty much answered that question:

  In a free wp.COM blog you cannot use themes other than the 70 available in Dashboard>Design>Themes.

  Those free themes can be used on self-hosted WordPress blogs.
