  The only accepted file types are found here http://en.support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/

  Can you please clarify why you think you could upload a program into a wordpress.com blog and provide a link to the program in question

  wordpress.com blogs do not have FTP access.

  File Transfer Protocol and without it you cannot upload themes, plugins, etc.

  Please post the link to the “program” you want to upload so we can check it out.

  You have used “exe file” above. Please beware that EXE is the common filename extension denoting an executable file (a program) in the DOS, OpenVMS, Microsoft Windows, ReactOS, and OS/2 operating systems.

  You cannot upload any of those into a wordpress.com blog and I have no idea why you would want to. If you simply provide a link and tell us exactly why you want it and what it’s for we may be able to help you.
