how to upload images when getting an error

  I cannot upload an image. Here is the message I get:

  “cho-logo.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
  Unable to create directory /nfs/c05/h03/mnt/75831/domains/chobuilt.com/html/wp-content/uploads/2011/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

  Please advise
