How to upload my list of email followers?

  Until now I have been emailing a list of hundreds of people manually. I am now attempting to use WordPress; how can I upload my list of emails so my folowers can simply click on a confirm follow email? (as opposed to asking them to go to my site and enter their email and click follow).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  YOU can enter their emails one by one, but they’ll still have to click to confirm (also, that’s illegal in Canada and many other countries).

  WordPress.com is a blogging platform, not a newsletter management platform.

  Thank you. I know I can enter them one by one, but I was wondering if there was a way to enter them all at once so all they have to do is confirm.
