  Can any one help how to upload my plugin (WordPress-to-lead for Salesforce CRM) in my free account.

  Hello,

  You cannot directly upload your own plugin to free accounts on WordPress.com. You could ask support directly if your needed plugin is available, but I don’t think that one is.

  Upgrading your account will still not get you the ability to install Plugin’s on a WordPress.COM site
