how to upload new pictures?

  when I upload a new picture to our website in the WordPress admin, an error occurs and the picture isn’t able to upload. Can you help?!

  We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
  We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs.

  I’m sorry but we cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.

  That site is not hosted by WordPress.COM and we cannot help you. It’s a wordpress.ORG install.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  My website ends in .com
  Doesn’t that mean I have a WordPress.COM account?
  Also my account doesn’t come up when I go to WordPress.ORG. It must be a WordPress.COM account.

  You like all wordpress.ORG user do have a wordpress.COM account for Jetpack services, etc. However, what I posted above is correct. We do not provide support for your site. That support is provided at WordPress.ORG.

  Yes either contact your web host directly or post to the correct support forum for your software at http://wordpress.org/support/ please.
