  I would like to upload photos. Is this possible? If so, how do I do this? Thanks!

  You can upload photos to a new post or page. From your dashboard you need to create a new post/page or select an existing one to edit. This link will walk you through the process. https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/uploading-images/
