How to upload pictures effectively

  Hi,

  I’ve recently started a food blog that contains a lot of photos. I’m noticing that once my photos are uploaded to WordPress, they look duller than the copy I have on my computer. Both .jpeg and .png produce the same result, but somehow this doesn’t happen (or at least not noticeably so) when I post on other websites.

  Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a work-around for this? Food is so hard to make attractive in a photo, and even harder when your website is sabotaging it!!
