How to upload plugin

    I am new in wordpress blog .I want to add google analytical setting in my blog I search on the internet and found it happened through google analytical plugin and I download the plugin but I didnot find any menu in my admin scree to upload plugin bascially there is no plugin menu in the following link http://dotnetfarrukhabbas.wordpress.com/wp-admin
    How I can add google analytical setting in my blog or enable plugin menu in my admin screen

    We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.
