How to upload podcast?

  I have made a podcast and would like to upload it to my blog goydanmx.wordpress.com with a simple button for viewers to press instead of a link, any help would be appreciated thanks.

  Here are the links to the relevant entries in the wordpress.com support documentation. Only mp3 audio files can be played on the WordPress audio player. This is a Flash limitation.
