how to upload profile photo?

  Few days back i did upload photo on gravatar.com and able to see photo on their site.
  But still it did not reflect on my profile of my blog site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Gravatar photo appears on your site only if you add either of the available Gravatar widgets:

  Gravatar Widget: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/gravatar-widget/
  Gravatar Profile Widget: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/gravatar-profile-widget/

  I am not sure what do you mean by your profile page but I see you have a About page here: https://kashthefamily.wordpress.com/about/

  You can display Gravatar widget only on select pages using widget visibility options. You can learn more about widget visibility here: https://en.blog.wordpress.com/2013/05/15/conditional-widget-visibility/ and https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/#widget-visibility

  Also seems you need a menu on your site. Check this post – https://dailypost.wordpress.com/2013/04/17/working-with-custom-menus/ – to learn how to add menu to your site :)
