  Hi There,
  Is it your profile picture that you are having trouble with or images in general?
  If it is your profile picture you can go to: https://wordpress.com/me
  And then in the top left corner, there will be a circle where your profile picture would be. If you click there, it can take you to the Gravatar page where you can sign in with your WordPress and upload a profile picture.

  If it is not your profile picture and it is your images in general, do you get an error message of some kind? Any extra information would help us in helping you.
