  i am new user of wordprss i don’t know how to upload theme on blog

  Hi there.

  You cannot upload you own theme to WordPress.com as you could to a self-installed WordPress.org install. See http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  On the other hand, we do offer many themes for you to choose from (and more almost every day). Most of these themes are already very easily customizable on their own (header images, colors, etc). Furthermore, we also have our custom design upgrade, should you want to go even further into customizing your WordPress.com blog.
