  In order to upload a theme, do I need to purchase a business plan??? thanks.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  With a free or Personal WordPress.com plan, you will get access to hundreds of free WordPress.com themes that you can browse here. https://wordpress.com/themes

  To choose from premium themes, you will have to get a Premium or Business WordPress.com plan. https://wordpress.com/pricing/ This WordPress.com pricing page should clarify that.

  To upload custom themes, you will need the Business plan on WordPress.com.

  Please make sure of your facts before making statements like these. The Premium and Business plan give access to all Premium themes, but users on the Free and Personal plans can still buy single Premium themes as explained in the support doc here:
