How to use a padded content background vs full width storefront theme?

  I have storefront installed on two websites. On one it allowed me to check a box for framed scrolling. On the second website it doesnt have that setting and the content goes full width.

  is there additional CSS I could add to the theme (storefront) to achieve the same look of the other website (also storefront)
