How to use Creative Commons instead of Copyright?

I’m using INove theme on my blog. I’ve added a Creative Commons license to the sidebar of my site, however, the footer of my page states it’s Copyrighted.
How can I remove the Copyright notice in the footer of my page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please always provide your blog link; you can link it to your username from profile>website.
I’m also using CC license and it is fine; the copyrighted notice is by default and that’s fine. Even if you allow others to share your works it still means that it is copyrighted to you.
You will have to buy CSS upgrade to remove that footer link but there is no need for it actually.

BTW, I’m also using the iNove theme and I have displayed the CC license prominently on my blog.
