How to use custom emoji for List icons (emoticon bullet list)

  Hello everyone

  I want to use these custom emoji icons for showing pros and cons (✅ ⛔) using Ordered List.

  I don’t to want to use web fonts or any other plugins as they create extra requests.

  Can anyone help me with CSS or any other method to set the emoji icon instead of the regular disk icon?
