  I have bought yourop.ca and am trying to create a wordpress site with it. How can I do this?

  You can have a look on the Domains section to get started https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

  Since you have the domain you might want to map it to your WordPress.com blog. Here’s how to do it http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
